This valve was created to avoid water hammer. It is suitable for air, inert
gases, water, refrigerants, diesel and very dense oils. This is a pneumatic valve
actuated by a double effect piston. It can be mounted either vertically or
horizontally. A control valve (FESTO) is mounted on the top part. The valve can be either 3-way diverter or 3- way 3N. When the valve diverts the passage, the FESTO valve is energized through current allowing the supply air to enter (min 4 Max 10 bar). The valve closes when de-energized and the supply air brings the seat back to its original position.

Valve designed for air, inert gases, water, refrigerants, diesel and very dense oils. It comes with a 4 mm thick ø160 diaphragm. This valve is water hammer safe if equipped with a shock absorber. All the external cast iron and brass parts are epoxy coated to ensure
corrosion resistance. It can be mounted either vertically or horizontally. The operator is 360° rotatable. The 3-way valve diverts the passage
allowing pressure – min 4 max 7 bar - on the pneumatic part (air, water, oil, inert gases etc.), while the return is regulated by a sturdy spring.
